I am the person (sculptor and property owner)who built these tiny shed shops,one as a time, as I found the used materials. They were intended as a performance piece to see how the reuse of parts of other buildings could make these old sheds appear to be shops front. Your photo has captured what I hoped they would look like.
Little did I know that small and creative local folks would want to want rent them and start their own businesses there. So we named it Temescal Alley.
